Wormleysburg Fatal Auto Accident

Friday February 3rd 2012 the WSBF was dispatched at 0631 for an overturned vehicle at 10 N Front Street in Wormleysburg. Crews arrived on the scene to find a two vehicle accident with severe entrapment in one of the vehicles with a non responsive patient. Crews used hydraulic rescue tools to extricate the patient. Extrication was completed in 20 minutes after the dispatch. EMS transported multiple patients to local hospitals. Units remained on the scene to assist the Police Department with the investigation.
