Rock climbing not so great
March 23rd, 2008 by Commissioner
Friday afternoon around 1345 hrs, the WSBF was tapped out for a Land Rescue in the Bottleneck (Market St). The Squad and Engine 3 arrived on the scene to find a father and son stuck half way up a small rock cliff unable to get down due to the instability of the surface. Crews raised a 24′ Extension Ladder up to the climbers and Captain 213 (Shreiner) assisted them each on to the ladder. Crews cleared the incident about 30 minutes later.
