Today, Saturday March 1st was an AWESOME day for the West Shore Bureau of Fire and the entire community of Lemoyne. As it is typically with Fire and Rescue services, we are often called upon and committed to protecting lives and property within our communities.  But, today was different.. we, along with many others, were called upon and rallied around a 10 year old little girl, Amelia Dameshack. After months of chemotherapy, it was time to welcome her home from her last treatment.. and that we did… giving her the first class treatment she deserved !!!!   WELCOME HOME AMELIA – from your friends …. Lemoyne Mayor Larissa York’s proclamation for Emilia stated: “Whereas, on this day we celebrate the gift of life and the joy, hope, faith, and the American tradition of overcoming adversity that Miss Dameshek and her family embody…”
