I 83 Crash

Saturday morning October 20th, the Squad, Engine 3, CHFD Engine 14 and Rescue 14 responded around 2am to a single vehicle crash on I 83 South in the area of milemarker 41.8.  The Squad arrived on scene with a single vehicle off the road and no patient found.  Duty Chief 1 (Capt. Shreiner) held the incident to the WSBF.  After a few minutes of looking for the occupant of the vehicle the apparatus returned available at the direction of PSP.

Dairy Queen Structure Fire

Wednesday October 17th at 0141hrs, first alarm was hit out for a structure fire at Dairy Queen at 3615 Market St in Hampden Township.  Initial reports advised of fire from the rear of the building.  The Hampden Township Police were first on the scene with Fire through the roof.  Chief 130 went responding and was advised of the conditions and immediately added a second truck to the incident.  At 0154hrs Engine 213 was added to the incident along with Engine 31.  The incident was a completely defensive attack, multiple units laid supply line in to the scene to supply Truck 30, Truck 14, and Engine 337.  Engine 213 went available from the incident at 0452hrs.

Crash at 19th & Market, Camp Hill

Wednesday October 10th, the Squad responded to Camp Hill to assist the CHFD with a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of 19th and Market St.  The Squad assisted with securing both vehicles and clearing the roadway.

Camp Hill MVA

On Monday, October 8, Squad 13 was called to Camp Hill to assist on a 2 vehicle accident on Market Street in the area of 32nd. Crews assisted with hazard control.
